These Terms of Service govern your use of the RunStory app provided by ssunm. By using RunStory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Service
RunStory is provided as a free app. ssunm may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Your use of RunStory is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is collected and used.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RunStory in any way that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringes the rights of ssunm or any third party;
- Interferes with or disrupts the Service;
- Attempts to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app except where permitted by law;
- Uses the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the information and content you create, store, or display through RunStory. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use photos and records displayed by the Service.
Intellectual Property
RunStory, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by ssunm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
Health and Fitness Information
RunStory is a tool for organizing and reviewing running records and is not a medical device. Statistics and analysis shown by the app are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data provided by Apple Health or connected devices.
Third-Party Services
RunStory may include or rely on third-party services such as Apple Health, iCloud, MapKit, and product analytics. ssunm is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
No Warranty
RunStory is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ssunm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ssunm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
You may stop using RunStory at any time. ssunm may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service is no longer practical.

ssunm may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect when posted. Your continued use of RunStory after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
