These Terms of Service govern your use of the Milestone app provided by ssunm. By using Milestone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
Milestone is provided as a free app with unlimited tracker creation in version 1.0.0. ssunm may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service.
Your records and responsibility
You are responsible for the titles, notes, dates, photos, and other records you create or display in Milestone. You represent that you have the rights needed to use any photos or content you add.
Privacy
Your use of Milestone is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Milestone uses private iCloud synchronization and limited product analytics as described there.
Acceptable use
You must not use Milestone to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, disrupt the service, or attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app except where permitted by law.
Third-party services
Milestone may rely on Apple iCloud, CloudKit, WidgetKit, and Amplitude. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. ssunm does not control their availability or policies.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Milestone is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ssunm disclaims warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ssunm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Milestone, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
