If you have trouble using Milestone, start with these checks.
Create and edit a milestone
Tap the add button on Home, choose what the date means, and save. Milestone is free and unlimited. You can edit, reorder, archive, restore, or delete any tracker.
Restart history
Challenge trackers keep previous attempts when you choose Restart. The current attempt ends only after the save succeeds; if a save fails, try again and check that the app has storage available.
Care dates
Care trackers keep completion history and calculate the next date from the selected recurrence. Add a completion from the tracker detail screen.
Images and notes
Images are selected from your photo library and kept with the tracker on your device or private iCloud database. Milestone does not upload images, notes, or dates to Amplitude.
Widgets
Add a Milestone widget from the Home Screen widget gallery. If a widget is not current, open Milestone once and allow iCloud or local data to finish loading. Tapping a widget opens the selected tracker.
iCloud sync
- Confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account.
- In Settings, iCloud status is shown as “follows device settings.”
- Check network availability and iCloud storage.
- Keep Milestone open briefly after creating or editing a tracker.
CloudKit data is in your private database and is not visible to the developer.
Product analytics and deletion
Product analytics is enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings at any time. The same screen can copy the analytics identifier. For an analytics access or deletion request, email support@ssunm.app with that identifier.
Contact support
Email support@ssunm.app and include the Milestone version/build, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, the screen and steps that reproduce the issue, and a screenshot with personal information removed.
